Looking Out For Small Business
How Complete IT Solutions Started
Complete IT Solutions didn't start with a business plan or a grand vision. It started with phone calls from friends.
I'd been working in IT for years when friends who ran small businesses started reaching out. They had the same story: another company had set up their systems, things had gone sideways, and now they were stuck. When they called those same companies back for help, they got quotes that made no sense. We're talking thousands of dollars for problems that shouldn't take more than a few hours to diagnose and fix. Double or triple what the work was actually worth.
So I'd come in, sort it out, and charge them fairly. Not as a favor, and not because I was trying to undercut anyone. I charged what the work was worth because I knew what the work was worth. I work in this field. I know what we get paid, and I know the gap between that and what these companies were billing. That gap bothered me. It still does.
Here's what I realized through those conversations: small businesses were being priced out of competent IT support. They'd either pay through the nose, or they'd go without, and going without meant technology became a liability instead of an asset. That's backwards. Technology should make your business stronger, not drain your resources or create constant headaches.
That's why I founded Complete IT Solutions. Not to be the cheapest option, but to be the honest one. To provide the kind of IT support that treats small business owners as partners rather than profit centers. To charge fairly for quality work and to make sure technology actually works for you instead of against you.
If you're tired of being overcharged for underdelivered promises, let's talk.
